Wouldn't you know it? As soon as I finished my post, I checked email and there was a message from our adoption agency! We don't have court approval yet, but... our contact in Rwanda is going to do her best to get our rulings completed without further delay. She deserves a gold medal for her tenacity! I can't wait to meet her personally and give her a hug for all that she's done on behalf of our family. God bless her!
